The staff welcomed me warmly and were helpful. My room was clean and spacious.

The location is really convenient. It is close to shopping malls. Our beautiful king room was spacious and very clean. The buffet breakfast had many selections.

I felt the lobby looked a little dark and old. Our room looked worn down. The carpets in the room looked old, too.

The check-in process was slow. It took over 25 minutes. I had a confirmed reservation. The staff seemed unfamiliar with the procedures. The refrigerator was empty. It should have been stocked.

excellent staff clean room huge lobby awesome view

The staff were excellent and i did not have to wait long for anything. the room was roomy and clean. The facility is older but in excellent condition. the floral arrangement in the lobby was lovely. The lobby was impressively huge. dining and desk staff went out of their way to. the view from the 26th floor was awesome.

The refrigerator in the room was empty. It should be stocked with items to drink

the hotel had a perfect position near shops and services. it was also near the heart of the business district. this made it easy to access all the necessary amenities and conduct business efficiently.

The pool and gym were well maintained. the hotel provides a spin machine to dry wet bathing suits, very convenient. the tennis court had lights for playing at night. It allows for recreation at any time.

The hotel offers wonderful service from all of the staff. the staff's delivery was consistent from check-in to check-out. including breakfast is a must. The breakfast offerings were fantastic with various choices.
